Abstract Submission Guidelines – PAM 2025

PAM 2025 is now accepting abstract submissions for presentation in the form of E-Posters.

Before submitting, please ensure that your abstract is free from spelling, grammatical, and typographical errors, as no corrections will be made after submission.

Submission Rules:
All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the official abstract submission system.
Abstracts must be written in English.
Titles and content must not include sensitive information related to patients, hospitals, or work departments.
Submissions should contain original content and must not have been previously presented at other meetings.
Titles should be clear and concise, with a maximum of 80 characters, including spaces.
A maximum of three keywords is allowed.

Abstract Structure:
Clinical Case Reports:

• Sections: Introduction, Case Study, Discussion, and Conclusion.
• Character limit: 2,500 characters (including spaces).

Scientific Papers:

• Sections: Introduction, Main Goals, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion & Conclusion.
• Character limit: 3,000 characters (including spaces).

Additional Requirements:

• Images must be uploaded in the designated field and should not be included in the text of the abstract.
• Abstract evaluation will take place in August 2025 by the Scientific Committee.
• The presenting author must be registered by September 14, 2025.
